建議想嘗試溫度訓練的綁友們,先抹一層水性或油性潤滑液當作保護,同時方便事後清潔,再淋上蠟油,可以有效避免皮膚燙傷的情況發生;記得,蠟燭要選擇低溫蠟燭。

I recommend you guys a layer of lube for protection before wax dripping sessions. It also allows easier clean-up. And most importantly, use low-temperature candles.
